Softball and baseball are coming together in Cork, with players from the softball community joining up with the Cork Renegades Baseball Club to set up a new club. The idea came from players who wanted to build on the softball and baseball communities already established in Cork and create something new together. There are plenty of familiar faces and plenty of new ones, with players bringing experience from both sports. The new club is now getting organised and getting ready to get out on the field. It's a great development for softball in Cork and we're looking forward to seeing the new club take shape.
